On the return journey of second trip the suitcase was open at baggage reclaim. The zip was open and side of the case was sliced open ever so slightly. I am frequently traveller and certainly this was totally unexpected. I will make arrangements to return this suitcase but I expect a better product if I am to maintain any trust in American Tourister. I asked for a home delivery (not a pick up) american tourister suitcase but UPS left the suitcase at their UPS drop off point with no attempt made to deliver it to my address as agreed at time of purchase. I tried to change this on the UPS website but I couldn’t even log in. So I emailed American Tourister asking them to honour the home delivery and I’ve yet to receive an email back from them.
