Therefore Bidder agrees to accept all items “as is” without warranty or guarantee of any kind whatsoever, together with all faults and flaws. These factors are also considered in labeling a product with a ‘best age range.’ While many children may enjoy products at different stages of their development, this rating is our suggestion for an age range which will best enjoy the product.
Maintaining the proper air pressure in your bicycle tires is an important part of routine maintenance. Each bike tire comes with a recommended pressure, which can be found molded onto the sidewall (or the portion of the tire that runs between the tread and the wheel rim). We also use different external services like Google Webfonts, Google Maps, and external Video providers. We do not note anything regarding the cosmetics of the vehicles, leaks the vehicle may or may not have, or the functionality of the features and accessories. We do not check the operational ability of boats or any accessories on campers. All sold as is where is with no warranty! It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up all purchased lots. Roller personnel is there to assist / locate items but not to verify all items have been picked up. We will attempt to assist with this, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer. Purchases may not be removed from the premises until payment in full is received. I understand that if payment is made by means other than cash or certified funds, the purchased property will not be released from the premises until the funds are clear and received.
Failure to do so is solely at the risk of the Bidder and the Bidder assumes those risks and agrees to take any winning bid regardless of their faults, their condition, and mechanical capabilities. The Auctioneer is under no obligation whatsoever to disclose or otherwise point out any flaws, mechanical defects or problems with any item being sold. In the event of a credit card or debit card transaction as authorized by this agreement, the Bidder agrees to waive any warranty rights under his/her credit card agreements and declares that all items are purchased “as is” without warranty or guarantee. Furthermore, all credit card purchases are final and Bidder agrees not to disallow or dispute any credit card charges. In the event that there is a chargeback or dispute, an administrative charge of $5,000 or 25%, whichever is greater will be immediately due and payable to Auctioneer for handling the dispute or chargeback.
