Ozark Trail 16′ x 16′ Instant Cabin Tent, Sleeps 12 for Sale in Houston, TX

The 14 steel stakes that came with the tent are just your standard tent stakes, nothing impressive. The 6 wall poles are made of steel, I think, but they’re probably not stainless steel, because I found some rust on one of these steel poles. So after washing your tent and I also do rinse off the ozark trail instant cabin poles, do let them dry first before storing it away. The pole structure is very simple, there are only 8 guylines in total, and the stakes aren’t your super high-quality stakes. Also, I noticed that some water was already seeping through the blue fabric at the bottom of the tent, and the fabric is pretty much soaked.

From this, you also realize that this is a fully freestanding tent. The picture below shows the tent without the fly so you can get some idea about its ozark trail instant cabin poles structure. The pictures above also show how you can completely close the windows and the doors, for privacy and for protection from elements. Note that you have 10 windows in total and they can be closed as you wish. In the heart of the Ozarks’ wilderness, a passion for exploration was kindled.

Because it’s ridiculously inexpensive, the quality, design and weather protection isn’t the best, though I think it’ll work decently in ozark trail canopy tent summer (without rain, of course). The screen walls which you have here are double-layer structures, so you have panels plus mesh and you have a full protection from elements and from insects. The picture shows you that the screen room’s door is the double size and an inverted T-shape. The other two doors on the other rooms are normal size but also very tall. Ozark Trail 12-Person 3-Room Instant Cabin Tent with Screen Room is a nicely designed freestanding summer camping tent with a 2-minute setup and a steel frame.

But at only 17.6 lbs this is one of the lighter tents that can fit an entire family. Setup may take a bit longer, but that’s ok, you’ll benefit from the extra space in your car. Not only is it the perfect tent, but it includes the 4-person dome tent, 2 sleeping bags, 2 pillows, 2 foam sleeping pads, 2 chairs, 2 dry bags, 1 lantern and 1 carry-all bag.

For most fabrics, rip strength is expressed as a measurement of the diameter of the fibers in their thread, or a denier—the higher the denier, the stronger the fabric. We found 40 denier up to 150 denier to be typical for car-camping tents; you can read more about these measurements in gear manufacturer MSR’s blog post and in this Outside article. Great for backyard overnights, this simple dome-style tent is for anyone who doesn’t want to spend more than $150 on a tent but also doesn’t want to buy another one next year. Ozark trail 12 person instant tent is a dream for any large family or group of campers. This declared capacity cannot work for family camping, but this holds for practically all the tents of this type and size on the market.

Overall, I can’t say that I was very impressed with the quality of this Ozark Trail 10-Person Family Cabin Tent. I even noticed some black stuff on my hands once I took it out of the box, which was weird. As for stitching, I found loose threads all over the tent, something like this. There’s no dark room technology though, and it’s quite bright throughout the day. There’s some space at the bottom that’s not covered, and also some space at the top that’s not covered by the divider. What I don’t quite like about this divider is that it’s sheer, so not completely opaque, and also, it’s not exactly full length.
