I wish I hadn’t bought three suitcases from American Tourister, and I would advise others to go with another company with legit warranty coverage/customer service. Until both wheels broke off and the shell of the exterior started cracking after less than 2 years of use. I don’t do anything besides normal travel with this suitcase. This has never happened to me before with other brands.
