26in Hyper E-Ride Mountain Electric MTB

As far as the ride goes, this bike is really comfortable and well built. This model has a 29″ frame built for riders 6′ and up, but Hyper also has a comparable bike with a 26″ frame for riders below 6′. It also comes stock with a Shimano 6 grip shifter and Shimano rear derailleur.

The Hyper MTB Ebike offers pedal assistance, which means you will be an active participant in your ride. This was one of the only things that I was skeptical about when purchasing hyper bicycles the Hyper MTB Ebike. I had not used a pedal assist Ebike and so I wasn’t sure just how much effort would be required from me as the rider. It’s not that I am a lazy person, it’s more that I was considering how I planned to use this bike.

The Right pedal will be labeled with an “R” and the Left with an “L” sticker. Enter your email for the top stories in mountain biking, plus product picks and deals delivered to your inbox each week. Plus, a local bike shop is also a great place to find your next bike — something to work up to.

There are bikes I didn’t like, but I haven’t seen any that couldn’t be salvaged if given enough resources. The Pacific Evolution is a bike that was so far below my limited expectations that hyper bicycles I still don’t think it’s worthy of any effort. Finally, do a little research and make sure you buy the best type of bike for your needs.

Some buyers may not care about spending over $5,000 on an Ebike, but others will and that is where a more budget friendly option comes in to play. Since we have a specific purpose for wanting Ebikes, we were already narrowing down our potential options and some of the more budget friendly bikes on the market. I stumbled across Hyper while perusing the Walmart website and started to dig in on what they had to offer.

I can move thru the orange groves around here so much easier then before. This bike is quiet, so I have been able to get close to some of the wildlife roaming in these parts, (wild hogs, turkeys,etc.). I ride this bike almost every day and the battery has not given out on me so far. I have used this bike to help round up my neighbors cows from the orange groves when ever they decide to take a tour.

Vital didn’t seem to like it, but I swear mine (granted, unlocked, no top speed cap either) is within a breath of hyper mountain bike being as powerful as a Shimano. I don’t know how accurate the display is, but in B mode I can get it to output a reported 580 watts until the battery hits 20%. None the less, the integrated display is a cool concept, but this design is a bit bulky. My bf got mad at me for buying it, cuz he wanted to get him something else.

Pull the brake pads out the way if you need to and slide the fork onto the tire. Be careful removing the bike because the box has sharp staples holding it together. Some people recommend using pliers to remove the staples first, but I found it easier to just carefully pull the bike free; do which ever method works best for you. If your handlebars are tangled, proceed to rotate them around either clockwise or counter-clockwise to untangle them. Sadly I cannot give further instructions because it depends on how the handlebars tangle, but if you carefully look it over you should be able to follow the wires to straighten it all out. I don’t do many reviews but these bikes are so good, I just had to!
