She was knowledgeable about every part of the itinerary and added life to every aspect of our trip. She also answered questions without hesitation and ALWAYS HAD a smile for us. Occasionally, she would treat us to a joke to make us laugh. She was sure to verbally tell what the next day would bring and followed up in writing to be sure everyone was fully aware of what was coming.

Another great hotel was the coffee lodge in Ngorongoro. The rooms were huge, and the pool overlooked the jungle. On top of all that greatness then you add that we saw all of the Big 5, the great migration, a lion kills, lion mating, a mongoose eating a snake and so much more!
The information they provided was comprehensive. On the ground in Uganda, the local team was superb. The initial briefing by the welcoming team put us at ease.
