We were able to catch them nursing. We also saw a lioness with her 1-yr old 2 cubs relaxing in a tree. Our elephant encounters in Tarangire NP were very exciting, we saw lots, including baby elephants. The Great Migration was another highlight, and we saw literally 1000’s of animals on the Serengeti plains. The pace of the tour was very fast, but perfect in my opinion.
I just want to thank you for a wonderful experience. I had Jafar as my driver, and he was wonderful. Full of knowledge and a great personality. He had to put up with five women every day.
It’s a fat tire BMX bike like a monster truck on two wheels with the Argus MX 20″ fat-tire BMX bike from Mongoose. It doesn’t matter what you’re riding – cargo bikes or gravel – Mongoose has all the bikes you need to get where you need to go. If somebody is looking for an inexpensive bike to ride occasionally or wants a second bike on which to do stunts, they are probably suitable for that person.
Laurence, our tour director, was also great. He was very knowledgeable, organized, friendly, and took excellent care of all of us. The itinerary for this trip was also excellent.
We went for Kenya safari with Right Choice for 9 days covering Amboseli , Aberdare, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara. It was a dream come true trip for us. This was our first time in Africa and George ensure we had a memorable… We went on fantastic game drives with our guide, Bryson, and saw lions, zebras, rhinos, giraffes, and many other creatures. He knew a great deal about every animal we came across.

This definitely was my “best trip ever”. I want to write a detailed review of our trip this January. It was literally the BEST trip we have ever taken! I attribute this to our wonderful guide, Wolfugan, who I understand has worked mongoose bmx with Gate 1 for 18 years. He met us, along with another couple at the Kilimanjaro Airport, and we opted to ride in his vehicle for the entire trip. Wolf’s knowledge of everything was extraordinary.
This was my first Gate 1 trip but there will definitely be more. Thank you for providing an experience that I will forever cherish. Jason our tour director was fantastic. He even arranged an activity for a free afternoon. He was knowledgeable, engaging, accommodating, well mongoose excursion organized, which made the trip, which has challenging logistics, a pleasure.
