Auctioneer does guarantee that a title for vehicles purchased unless it is announced otherwise on the catalog.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up all purchased lots. Roller personnel is there to assist / locate items but not to verify all items have been picked up. We will attempt to assist with this, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer. Purchases may not be removed from the premises until payment in full is received. I understand that if payment is made by means other than cash or certified funds, the purchased property will not be released from the premises until the funds are clear and received.
Some parts may be missing. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
